原材料: 猪肉末、 鸡蛋
调料: 盐、鸡精、姜末、鸡蛋1个、生粉、花生油
制作步骤: 在肉末中加入适量的盐、鸡精、一个鸡蛋、生粉、姜末搅拌均匀至有弹性,备用。 2、在鸡蛋里加少许的盐,搅拌成蛋液,在平底锅内抹上一层花生油,热锅,烙好蛋皮备用。 3、把和好的肉末卷到蛋皮里,上电饭锅蒸到肉丸子熟透就好了~! 4、取出,稍微晾一下,不烫手了就切成3厘米左右的小段,上桌咯~~~!
